Evgeny Victorovich Vechtomov was born in 1964. He studied at the Novo Altaiskom Art School from 1984 to 1988. He continued his studies at the Sankt-Peterburg Art Institute where he graduated in 1988. He began exhibiting in 1990. Vechtomov is active in Kiev. He is specialized in still-lifes, portraits and landscapes. Paintings of Vechtomov are part of private collections in the USA, Canada, Germany, England and Spain.
