Valentin Konstantinovich Konstantinov – was born in 1923 in Mariupol (now Zhdanov, Ukraine). He graduated from the Kharkiv Art College in 1951. Veteran of the Great Patriotic War, he was awarded the Order of the Red Star and other medals. He was participating in national exhibitions since 1957.
Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine (1965).
